Gluten Free Breakfast Pancake, Egg, & Sausage Sandwich

My daughter was wanting something different the other day for breakfast then what she usually has.  Most of the time the kids want pancakes of some sort but today we decided to try out pancakes as our bread and add in the egg and sausage.  She loved this and has been asking for it ever since.  My family has been trying to eat gluten free for the last couple weeks so we used Gluten Free Bisquick.  This would also work with any type of pancake mix that you would like!

Gluten Free Breakfast Pancake, Egg, & Sausage Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Farm Fresh Egg
  • Gluten Free Bisquick
  • 2 Banquet Sausage Links (Cut in half Lengthwise)
  • Maple Syrup

Directions

Step 1
1. Cook 1 farm fresh egg as desired. Mine was slightly overeasy.
Step 2
2. Follow directions on the Gluten Free Bisquick box to make pancakes
Step 3
3. Cook sausage links until thoroughly done.
Step 4
4. Take 1 pancake then place the egg and sausage cut in half on top of it. Add some maple syrup and then top with remaining pancake.
