Freezer Cooking: Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Broccoli

I’m just in the beginning of mastering Freezer Cooking! :) The other day I shared my first recipe of Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches and today I’m going to share another recipe that I have used and froze and ended up tasting delicious!! This recipe is super simple and it doesn’t take much time at all to cook making it a perfect addition to those busy nights when you don’t have time to cook!  This is definitely better than running thru a drive thru somewhere!!

Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Broccoli

Freezer Cooking: Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen Diced Hashbrowns
  • 1 head Broccoli (Chopped)
  • 2 Packages of Julienne Sliced Ham (*You can also use Diced or Cubed Ham*)
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans Water (Use the Soup cans and fill with water)

Directions

Step 1
This recipe will make 2 different bags or containers to freeze. Pour half the bag of Diced Hash browns in each of your Freezer Containers.
Step 2
Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup into each container and then pour 1 can of water into each.
Step 3
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and add half the broccoli into each container
Step 4
Add 1 bag of ham into each bag and then stir until it seems blended.
Step 5
When you are ready to cook just place in oven at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked all the way!
