I’m just in the beginning of mastering Freezer Cooking! 🙂 The other day I shared my first recipe of Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches and today I’m going to share another recipe that I have used and froze and ended up tasting delicious!! This recipe is super simple and it doesn’t take much time at all to cook making it a perfect addition to those busy nights when you don’t have time to cook! This is definitely better than running thru a drive thru somewhere!!
Freezer Cooking: Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Broccoli
- 1 bag Frozen Diced Hashbrowns
- 1 head Broccoli (Chopped)
- 2 Packages of Julienne Sliced Ham (*You can also use Diced or Cubed Ham*)
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans Water (Use the Soup cans and fill with water)
|This recipe will make 2 different bags or containers to freeze. Pour half the bag of Diced Hash browns in each of your Freezer Containers.|
|Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup into each container and then pour 1 can of water into each.|
|Chop the broccoli into small pieces and add half the broccoli into each container|
|Add 1 bag of ham into each bag and then stir until it seems blended.|
|When you are ready to cook just place in oven at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked all the way!|
