Caramel Apple Bars

Fall is my favorite time of year!  It is chilly enough that I can actually bake food in my house without it getting too hot and one of my favorite things to bake is apples.  I love the smell of a fresh apple pie baking in the oven!! 🙂 Last week, I was able to get a great deal on apples at the store so I had stocked up.  I made an Apple Pie last week and this week decided to make Caramel Apple Bars with the remaining apples I had on hand.  You can check out my apple pie recipe —-> HERE
