Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups

We have been working very hard to eat healthier and I have been trying to get my kids to try new foods.  They have for the most part been open to this and we decided to try broccoli slaw for the first time.  We made these buffalo chicken roll ups one night last week and everyone loved them so much we ended up going back to the store to get more egg rolls and making them again this weekend!

  • 1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breakfasat
  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 bottle Red Hot Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 bottle Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers


Step 1
Cook Chicken thoroughly in Skillet, shredding it into small pieces
Step 2
After Chicken is cooked add in your desired amount of Red Hot Sauce into the chicken. The more you add the Spicier it will become. Cook on low heat for about 5-8 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees at this point also.
Step 3
On a baking sheet take an egg roll wrap and lay out flat. Take a pinch of the broccoli slaw and place in middle of the wrap. Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture followed by a small amount of Mozzarella Cheese and a squirt of Blue Cheese dressing.
Step 4
To roll up the egg rolls you will want to look at the back of the package and follow their directions to roll up like an envelope.
Step 5
Place Baking sheet in oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the outside starts to become brown.
